Top three things I absolutely despise doing.
1) Shopping for a car
2) Shopping for furniture
3) Shopping for a house
All three of those tasks are not because of the end result, but rather having to work with pushy, disrespectful sales people. Working with Zach is exactly opposite of what I dread. Zach is the utmost respectful, caring, flexible, and professional real estate agent that we have ever worked with. His extensive knowledge in the industry, knowing all the ins and outs about the northern Illinois region, as well as his network base should not be taken for granted as these are keys that he uses to obtain the best deal possible for his clients. The leadership attributes that he brings to his team only made my family feel more comfortable working with NextHome Oak Street Realty.

Zach not only found our family our forever house in an amazing location, but also sold our home in less than 48 hours over asking, with multiple offers. We can't recommend Zach and his team enough to anyone looking to buy and/or sell.

Without Zach this would have been a long process. Zach made the selling process so smooth for my wife and I. He goes above and beyond to answer all questions and was prompt at everything he did. If you are buying or selling Zach is your guy. Highly recommend.

Zach is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with! He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new home came on the market. Zach was extremely honest, forthright, and communicative and easy to reach to answer any questions at all times. We were impressed with his knowledge and friendly manner. We found his support through the closing invaluable as he executed a quick closing for us. We highly recommend him!

The selling process with Zach from start to finish was seamless and couldn’t have been more professional. His knowledge of the market and listing price advice was spot on, and within 24 hours of listing we had numerous offers over asking price. The photos of our home with the additional aerial drone photos certainly showcased and represented our home so that it looked its best!

As first time homebuyers, Zach made a difficult and confusing process so much easier to understand. Not only did he make sure we were able to check all of our boxes and stay in budget, but also effectively guided us throughout the whole process and helped us find our first home quickly! Zach was excellent. We absolutely loved working with him. He was always professional and always made time for us. One thing we especially appreciated was the open line of communication. He was always accessible. He was able to find us exactly what we wanted in an uncertain time (Covid). He will always be our realtor! We would highly recommend him to anyone!

My wife and I have worked with Zach now on two purchases and a sale and would recommend him to anyone. He has extensive knowledge of the area, will take your family's specific needs into account, and is extremely flexible and responsive. Zach had our recent listing sold unbelievably quickly and the whole process was seamless - using Zach's network for everything from financing to legal to insurance. The only downside is he did such a great job finding our dream house that we don't anticipate needing his services again any time soon! I worked directly with Zach criswell as my daughter bought a house. It took several months for them to find what they were looking for, but during that time Zach help them in every way possible. He would even go and look at houses for them, so that they wouldn't have to waste their time.
So when it came time to list my house for sale, I felt that I was in very competent hands
With Zach as my realtor. Zach is an excellent negotiator, very down to earth and professional.
Zach sold my house during Covid at a very good price.
Recently my son was in the market for a house, and also used Zach with great results. Zach goes above and beyond for his clients, and is a pleasure to work with.

Zach Criswell recently sold our home in Libertyville where we had lived for 26 years, and helped us into our new home in Libertyville. His initiative and drive proved to be valuable assets as he aggressively marketed our home and proved to be a difference maker in getting the home sold in a quick manner.

Zach's communication skills were excellent and he proactively guided us throughout the complicated process of selling our home for an excellent price. He was responsive to our many questions and proved to be a key in the final sale. Zach worked extremely hard and was relentless in making sure we were satisfied.
