Donnell is amazing. My family was half living in Florida and the other half overseas. We wanted a home in a top notch school zone in Maryland but were struggling to find the one we loved. Although we didn’t find the one over our weekend visit, Donnell continued to help us and even did multiple FaceTime viewings. Eventually we found our home and couldn’t be happier that Donnell was there every step of the way. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. Thanks Donnell!

I had been house hunting for two years and had a bad experience with my previous agent from another agency. When Donnell stepped in, it was like a sigh of relief. He immediately started sending me properties that were in my interest and price range, and when he wasn't available for a viewing he made sure another agent was readily available so I would not miss an opportunity. His communication was already fast and detailed. We closed on my home this month and I honestly owe it all to him. He was amazing throughout this process. Donnell is amazing. He not only has a ton of local knowledge, but he also knows his stuff. He went above and beyond to show me how to vet and select my loan company, title company, and even contractors for renovations. Donnell, was amazing! I was referred to Donnell by my coworker after my previously two relators did not work out. We saw over eight homes before my offer on a home was accepted. Each time he was very patient and understanding. Donnell, never rushed me into purchasing at home which was very key to me. I will definitely be using his services again when the time comes for me to sale. Donnell made me a first time homebuyer at the age of 27!! I highly recommend.

Mr. Williams was always available when I needed him. Since I was purchasing my very first home he was very informative on the do’s and dont’s when it came to buying a house and offered great advice on different areas I should look into that fit my price point. Donnell is absolutely Amazing. Let me start by saying I used DC HPAP and EHAP program to purchase my home and Donneel was very knowledgeabout that process which helped a great deal. He was able to navigate and handle all of the back and forth dealing with the government that I just truly had given up on. Donnell always put me first..not the sale. That is important with any realtor. I told him my budget and, I had no wiggle room (my bbudget was low lol) but he smiled and said no problem. Thats exactly what is was the whole time no problem..he never showed me anything abov what I could afford. I didnt have to call him to ask for updates they were already emailed or he would phone me. Working with him was a truly a blessing as he sold me my first home over 6 years ago and, am currentky working with him to find something else (family has grown since lol).
