In the current competitive market, I would not have been able to get my offer accepted and closed on the sale without the help and expertise of Ryan. From his knowledge of what makes an offer stand out to his detailed handling of contingencies and contract addendums. He keeps in contact with all parties to ensure the transaction goes smoothly and definitely reduced my stress compared to other homes I have purchased. Even as an out of state investor, I felt I knew Ryan for years and his knowledge of the area and neighborhoods made me more confident in my purchase.

Mr.Porter did an excellent job. I was residing in New York at the time and was using a real estate agent a friend had recommended here in Mississippi I was not happy at all .my niece attending an open house met Ryan and got his card .I called him and never looked back he went way above what agents do even FaceTime me so I could see the property if he thought it was no good he let me know he seemed more like a friend not an agent.I would recommend him to anyone l know looking to play purchase property..And after I purchased he keeps in touch to make sure all is well and it's been over a year now......MR PORTER CONTINUE DOING WHAT YOU DO AND I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT SUCCESS AND BLESSINGS

Ryan and I had a rough start in finding me the perfect home. We both learned about the VA codes on a condo really quick. It was heartbreaking to lose what I thought was the perfect home for me and my daughter. However, Ryan didn't give up and he convinced me not to either. It took a couple of months and looking at many homes, but Ryan found me the perfect home. Since then, Ryan has also become my handy man. He never left our side after the closing. The few little issues I've had, he has been quick to help me fix. He still gives me advice on things to purchase for my home and recommends who to call and what to buy. Ryan even came and hung my huge clock over my mantle. He has become my friend. He's honest, cares about his clients and will do whatever necessary to find you the perfect home. Patience and persistence! We could not find exactly what we were looking for, which caused us to look for a while. He was knowledgeable and kind, and never seemed frustrated one bit. His contract knowledge is a major plus and helped us in the end. An absolute pleasure to work with and will absolutely recommend him to anyone!

After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. Ryan was dedicated and driven to finding the perfect house for myself and my daughter. Ryan is an enthusiastic, personable person, hard-working realtor/broker that gives his all into meeting his client’s needs and expectations. He was excellent in finding homes that fit within my budget and wants/needs. He was always readily available to show homes that fit my schedule. Ryan was extremely professional throughout the entire home buying process, especially when it came to the contract documents with the seller/ builder.

Ryan was present during the home inspection, he helped me review the inspection report, as well as, revise the contract documents to include the various recommendations/fixes that needed to be made. Ryan was available throughout the whole process, as well as, helping me verify that all fixes were made before closing. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns. Ryan also contacted the my new HOA to verify that I could move my fence line so that I could install a dog door in my new laundry room. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over.
