Lynn is a California Native, raised in Ventura County. Lynn graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Interior Design and Family and Consumer Sciences. After Lynn received her degree in San Francisco she relocated to Santa Barbara where she worked for a national home builder and luxury tile and plumbing company. She worked alongside local architects and contractors representing properties encompassing major renovation projects to historical architectural properties and significant luxury estates.
Lynn has also worked as an Account Manager and Tradeshow Event Coordinator in the Pharma industry managing multiple client accounts including Amgen, Mylan Pharmaceuticals and NanoString Technologies. She was responsible for leading clients through the creative, production and development process, managing million-dollar budget expenditures. Her many years working in the design, construction, and project management industry credits her with the invaluable ability to negotiate and assist sellers in preparing their homes for sale as well as in helping buyers visualize a property's full potential.
Lynn is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor by the National Association of Realtors providing her the expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home, as well as earning her Green Designation, enabling her to market and sell resource-efficient, high-performance properties. Our purchase of a little beach house was actually a great experience and really quite enjoyable. I really felt that Lynn had our back while going through the process. I can't fully describe how helpful Lynn was in helping my mom and I find a new home in Ojai. She coordinated site visits with my mom who lived out of town, as well as provided me information as I live out of state. I am probably not the worst client Lynn ever had, but I'm guessing I am somewhere near the top! Lynn was patient beyond what is called for while I pursued many options. Over the six months we have been working together I have considered renting retail spaces, buying/and or renting a place to live. She stayed with me throughout the entire process and if she was frustrated with my indecision or under-offering, she never let me know. In the end we found a place to live and are still in the market for retail.
Lynn paid meticulous attention to detail and if I had any questions that she didn't know the answer to, she researched it until she had an answer. In California there is so much more detail than I experienced in Maryland and thankfully Lynn was on top of everything. She knows her trade well. I highly highly recommend Lynn.
