Having Tony guide us through our process was an amazing experience for my wife and I. We were both explained everything with detail and even assisted with break down videos of everything we needed in order to close on our house. When I started this process, I was looking for a home within my budget that was close to my workplace, close to my kids’ school zones, and in a good neighborhood. To be honest, I didn’t expect that I would be able to find a house that fit all of these criteria. When I first met Tony, he assured me that he would make sure I got my dream home. From the beginning, he was very professional and passionate about his job. It felt like he cared about my house as much as his own. Thanks to his hard work, I got the perfect house in the exact location I wanted. Even though it wasn’t even on the market yet, he had strategies for getting the house and negotiating with the owners. I had several realtors before him, but it felt like they were just trying to get the process over with as fast as possible. However, with Tony, he works from the heart and you can really trust him to find you the perfect home. He has a way of collaborating with lenders in order to make the closing process way easier. It’s so hard to find a realtor this dedicated, but Tony is outstanding. I strongly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a house, especially first time home buyers who could really benefit from his expert guidance.
