We met Priya through a recommendation when we decided to work with a professional realtor to educate and guide us as first time home buyers. She is very patient and made us feel very comfortable. Priya was very helpful throughout my home buying experience. I got pre-approved and was in contract a week after thanks to her! I was very surprised to be in contract that quickly since the market is so insane right now. However, she was very on top of new listings to show us and knew exactly what we were looking for. Priya helped us buy a new house this summer. Priya understood our needs. She was always ready to show us houses in the market. She was never pushy about any particular property rather asked not to compromise on our needs.

We had an excellent experience with Priya as our buyer agent. As first time home buyers, we were lost in the myriad of options and felt intimidated by the whole process. Priya was exceptional from the get go. She spent close to 3 hours with both myself and my husband to make us think about our dream home. She patiently made us introspect about the homes we grew up in and helped us hone in on our criteria for a dream home. This was truly refreshing as she really understood us as a family unit. Priya shared tons of properties with us including properties that were still not on the market. During our search, Priya patiently explained to us the pros and cons of the house (fixtures, interiors, doors, roof), neighborhood, schools, restaurants, commute etc. She even went for walks and drives with us in the neighborhood to make sure we were 100% confident before we made an offer. On closing day, Priya was very punctual and constantly in touch and negotiated hard with the seller agent. If we ever have to buy another home Priya would be our only choice as she truly is the best of the best.

Priya understood exactly what we wanted and prioritized showing specific homes. Even though the market was really tough during the past couple of months, she helped find at least 3 places within our budget and we placed offers on them. We did not go more than 40k over what we had originally planned for. In the end we found just the right place and within our budget which was a pleasant surprise and all credits to Priya. She was very respectful of our priorities. We were unspecific about the area in the beginning so she helped show us places from Santa Cruz to Livermore to help us make informed decisions. From day one she followed up with home listings thoroughly and to this day (we haven’t moved in as yet) she’s helping us find different contractors to make the changes we are asking for. She also helped us choose a great lender. On the whole, I’d strongly recommend Priya for her market knowledge and understanding specific requirements

Hiring Priya was the best decision we could have ever made! My mother is in charge of my grandmothers estate and we needed to sell her house. We live in Idaho so the task wasn't going to be a simple process. The house was slightly outdated and need a couple of repairs, which wasn't to big of a deal aside from the fact that we had to travel back and forth from Idaho to get it done, with all of us working full time jobs it was rather hectic. We had talked to a couple different realtors just to make sure we knew all of our options, but from the moment Priya walked in the house we knew we had to hire her. She was super informative, she gave us all of our options, and explained cost of her work and percentages. She also gave us value of home as is and what it could potentially be with them doing some remodel work. She was never overly pushy and was always available to chat if we had questions or concerns, we had several hurtles to jump in this whole process and Priya went above and beyond to take the added stress off of our shoulders. She is truly amazing to work with, very personable, informative, and understanding. I forgot to mention, I actually called her because I am moving to a different town in Idaho and I was not getting the information I wanted from realtors in my area and she was more than happy to chat with me and give me advice on what to do and what my options were, if that doesn't say something about her character I don't know what will. Biggest plus out of all of this is after the beautiful remodel they did on my grandmas house, the house actually sold for 70k more than our asking price!! Thank you a million times over Priya!!!

All of this along with her great negotiating skills really helped us in winning the offer for the home. Priya also helped us in choosing the lender and made us talk to multiple lending officers she is connected to and this really helped us in choosing the right lender. She always followed up with the lending institution during the entire loan process from preapproval to funding and kept us updated at all times to make sure everything happens on time. After we closed on the house, Priya helped us with negotiating a very good deal on the small renovations that we wanted to get done before we moved in. She always followed up on the renovations as well and made sure everything was done the right way and on time.Her work ethic, integrity, knowledge and professionalism make her a great agent. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution in the whole process of home buying and selling. I recommend Priya highly based on my own personal experience and will not hesitate to take her help in the future.
