TOP FIVE-STARS...I am super picky choosing the right personality to work with and I have to trust someone 500% before I do business. My experience with Delisa has been an excellent service from start to finish and her calm and relaxing voice keeps you assured and comforted. The home I was selling had some older light fixtures inside the home and the roof needed some minor work. Delisa and her husband flip homes as a side business, so they were able to take care of all of this really fast... they put in all-new fixtures for me so I trusted her to go shopping and choosing the modern style that buyers will gravitate towards and they even fixed small repairs on the roof. Delisa's gardener also kept my garden in prime condition for future buyers. I live in Hawaii so I had to rely on her to do everything for me :) Days later we sold it for a good price, all done with absolute top professionalism. Delisa was amazing from start to finish. She stayed calm when we were nervous in a seller's market when buying our first home in Texas. She had great recommendations to try things when making the offer and then negotiating with inspection items all the way through to the last minute walk through items.
