We found Kathleen on her website. We came to Arizono to "kick some tires" looking around at homes. Kathleen was gracioius to show us a varitiy of homes in several locations around the valley, with the understanding we were not ready to buy. We had no solid idea on what we wanted and thought we were a year or two away from purchasing anything.
At the last minute we found a home we loved and Kathleen was very quick to prepare an offer and negotiate on our behalf on a very short time frame. It was all the little things she did that made our experience very pleasant - including helping us way after the sale to get a few things done to the house while we have been away. Not only a great realtor, but looked after all of our needs after the sale!
