Michelle is simply the best!

I was forced to terminate contract with first realtor I worked with due to disconnect regarding understanding of what we were selling. Big difference between selling a house... and selling a large complicated property setup for equestrian activities and nature... with a house. I was really frustrated with the entire process when a neighbor recommended I ask Michelle for help. Michelle changed everything for the better! At our first meeting she made some optimistic seeming claims and then proceeded to do EXACTLY what she said she would do - starting with walking the entire property with me, asking the right questions, and taking notes. The new listing was night and day improvement over previous and I had a solid offer and contract at the first open house Michelle organized - with the right kind of buyers for the property! Class act and professionalism through and through! No problem stayed a problem for long - to include dealing with a badly heat-stroked seller (me) at closing. If you can get Michelle as your realtor - DO SO and potentially save yourself a world of nonsense.

Michelle is awesome. On our first day in Warrenton, Michelle (from vacation in Florida) got us in to see our first choice condo and set up everything to get our offer in. The offer was accepted and she walked us through the contract and all the way to closing with absolutely no problems that she did not take care of. She guided us with with the skill of a true pro and with patience and kindness that went well beyond what was necessary.

Michelle did and absolutely outstanding job. She helped us prepare for the sale, posted a notification three weeks prior to the sale and put it on the market. The first two days on the market produced 18 showings and four offers. We settled on an offer that was $20K above asking price. Of course, she then led us through the settlement process.

You could not ask for a better agent--pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, friendly--all the good things you would want in an agent and person.

I would highly recommend Michelle .

We had such a great experience with Michelle as a real estate agent when we purchased our current house, we reached out to her to purchase some land and she did a wonderful job again. We explained our specific goals and requirements including a stream and ability to hunt not too far from our house and she looked daily for over a year to find property. We went through multiple properties because of title issues and she worked diligently through the whole thing as our advocate. She also was great at keeping us in the loop and pushing to get info when other groups were less than responsive. I would strongly recommend Michelle Hale as a real estate agent.

Michelle has been very helpful during our house hunting adventure. She asked us questions about what we were looking for and scoured her real-estate resources to find us many houses that we could tour. She was attentive to details that may distinguish one property over another but at the end of the day, we were the final decision maker on what we wanted to do.

During the house negotiation phase, Michelle was constantly in contact with us so that we knew where we were in the process and what options we had available to us if we needed to take some action. I feel like she was very well versed in the negotiation process and could give us recommendations on what might be a good step forward through the negotiations. Again, she acted as an advisor and we were responsible for the final decision on what actions we chose to take.

Overall I have really enjoyed working with Michelle, and I would recommend her for other family that is embarking on a house hunting expedition in the future.
