Beau McDougal is a fantastic realtor. He helped us navigate the ups and downs of first time home buying. As a young couple he patiently explained all of the steps involved. He came with solutions when we faced heart break and rejection. And within 2 weeks we were on contract on a home that was under budget and even more incredible than we could have imagined.

During the 30 days in contract he made arrangements for us to see the home when we needed to (you could say we were a little excited-and he understood). He made sure to represent us so that we were getting the best deal possible both with the seller and our lender.

Beau listens, follows through, and is a great resource in real estate. We definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

It was great working with Beau. It was a bit of a challenge to find the right home with the market the way it is. Homes are selling so fast but he was on top of it and he made it happen on time. I highly recommend him he is an outstanding agent and an outstanding man to our community with all the hats that he wears. A+

Beau has been my North Star...generous with his time, calming, informative, a great educator during the sale of my late sister's home.
There were so many " balls in the air" and he skillfully balanced them all with his upbeat personality.
I have so enjoyed working with him, that plans are in the works to sell our home in Boston and have Beau find us our retirement home in Las Vegas

Beau was fantastic throughout the entire process. Made selling my first home easy. Started off the entire process explaining how the home selling experience would go, and up front the fees involved. Quickly had professional photographs of my home and a great listing description of my home on MLS. Once we began showings, I was frequently updated about the interest we had in the home. Once an offer was received he was efficient in negotiating the price I wanted to take away from my home. From there on out it was smooth sailing. Kept me updated on the progress of escrow and we closed in under a month. I highly recommend Beau for your next home buying or selling experience.
