I had never bought a house before and had heard it can be a real pain. A nerve-wracking, hair pulling experience. I talked to a friend of mine and he told me to give Nathan White a try. I called Nathan and from the first time we spoke he was on top of everything. He made sure to know exactly what I wanted and how we could go about getting to the destination. Nathan went through the "rules" for buying a house. He told me what I could expect, what I should look out for. Nathan had advice for me when I needed it but was not overbearing. Follow-ups were almost immediate (Nathan has to sleep sometimes). Nathan was fun to chat with and personable. I was put in touch probably the best Mortgage Broker anyone I talked to had heard of. The whole team was fantastic, I felt as ease and knew everything would work out well and quickly. We found a house and got closed in just about a month. This team worked really hard to make that happen and I am very grateful to have worked with them
