What can I say about the "Dream Team" of Lydia Wietsma and Raquel Uggiano? They are absolutely amazing, hustling, detailed, freakishly organized and quick to respond! Who has ever heard of a realtor taking a property and 3 weeks later it is closed and recorded??! Not me, especially in this economy! They are exceptional in service, friendly and they make you feel like you are their only client, and you know you aren't! They are genuinely the kindest, most proficient people I have ever met. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their knowledge and skills. Anyone would be lucky to have them as their realtors! Amazing at their job and amazing people ---period!

My father died in AZ. We needed to sell his house right away to pay for many things. Lydia and her partner Raquel sold his house in less than 5 weeks. This included multiple negotiations back and forth with the buyer. They kept me informed and advised at every step in the process. I did all signing from my home in WA. They were available seven days a week and responded to my every phone call, text message and email promptly, with answers to my many questions. Thanks to them a very stressful time was made much less so. I can't thank them enough and am happy to leave my experience here to let future potential clients know how great they are.

Lydia just sold my house that she sold to me 15 years ago. I picked her again because she did a great job finding me a house 15 years ago and
again did an excellent job not only selling my house but helping me get items repaired and furniture removed that we did not want to move.
Since I live out of state I did not know any contractors to repair items on the inspection list. So she lined up contractors she knew and coordinated all the work which helped me out immensely and kept us informed of every detail.
