What can I say about the "Dream Team" of Lydia Wietsma and Raquel Uggiano? They are absolutely amazing, hustling, detailed, freakishly organized and quick to respond! Who has ever heard of a realtor taking a property and 3 weeks later it is closed and recorded??! Not me, especially in this economy! My father died in AZ. We needed to sell his house right away to pay for many things. Lydia and her partner Raquel sold his house in less than 5 weeks. This included multiple negotiations back and forth with the buyer. They kept me informed and advised at every step in the process. I did all signing from my home in WA. Lydia just sold my house that she sold to me 15 years ago. I picked her again because she did a great job finding me a house 15 years ago and
again did an excellent job not only selling my house but helping me get items repaired and furniture removed that we did not want to move.
Since I live out of state I did not know any contractors to repair items on the inspection list. So she lined up contractors she knew and coordinated all the work which helped me out immensely and kept us informed of every detail.
