Rachel was so great to work with! Finding just the right house took us some time and she was great about taking us through several different homes and listening to what we were looking for. After we found and bought our new home she helped us with the listing and selling of our existing home. Her communication was excellent and both the buying and selling transactions could not have gone more smoothly.

We connected with Rachel through a random online info request form and we are so glad we did. She started out as our real estate agent but now we are happy to call her a friend!

Rachel was great to work with as a buyers agent. She is a very good listener. As we toured a number of homes, she was very in tune with what I liked and didn't like about a property. After we looked at a number of houses, she suggested maybe a condo would be a better fit for me. We looked at one condo and that was the one! She was always immediately responsive and very supportive all the way. I would highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel was an absolute dream to work with!
Buying a house can be terrifying, especially when it involves moving to a new state you’ve never been to. This process was the opposite. Rachel made it the smoothest process, got connected with anyone we needed in a timely manner.
She paid close attention to everything we had discussed and even the small things we just mentioned in passing. She even provided many resources for local rec spots, shops, and other sweet creations from our new town which made it feel like home immediately.
Every question we had was answered and addressed. This whole thing was a real joy. If you’re looking for a house, you are in excellent hands with Rachel!!

We are glad that Rachel was our real estate agent. She helped through out the whole process from the begining to the end. She was very understanding and adapted to our chnaging needs very quickly. While our house was for slae, we lived many states away. Rachecl kept an eye on it and made sure that things are in order. I recommend her.

We hired Rachel to sell our home the last week of October 2020. Rachel worked very hard on getting our home out there to the public and sold in one month. Rachel was always very helpful and understanding no matter what problem came up during the home sale. Rachel’s communications were always clear and full of detail on what steps were being done or what we needed to do in order to have a sale. I highly recommend her as an agent.
