Robert excels at customer service! It took only two days for him to list and promote our property on all the major web sites including Zillow-- photos and all. Then it took only one additional day to obtain an excepted offer that was significantly higher than our listed price. Robert already had several buyers on his personal "waiting list" that were interested in our property. Several offers were submitted, and the final result was fabulous.

Robert is an extremely likeable individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. He knows the real-estate market and how to handle both buyers and sellers. He builds consensus with both sides and establishes mutual trust.

He also understands value and pricing. He has great attention to detail and understands how to leverage the special features of a specific property.

Once you go with Robert you will never call anyone else. He is very special and a true professional.

Robert Sivek's name is all over Whitewater Lake. I've seen him on the Facebook page for Whitewater Lake and has always had great reviews. We had a unique situation and when it came time to sell the lakehouse I went straight to Robert. He said what he would do and did what he said. He has all the best interest in his clients. Our house sold in the timeframe he said (which was within a couple of days of listing). There were some special things that needed to be resolved and he took care of it making this sale hands-off and seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Robert Sivek for selling and buying. He knows the area well and knows the process like the back of his hand.

Robert was very personal, understanding and took command to sell our home. He knew the market for the area. His photography for the listing was impressive. He kept us informed with the listing and each showing. We knew when the offers came in and the house sold in 4 days with multiple offers. He took care of all the requirements for closing including recommendations for service providers. I highly recommend him and would work with him again

Robert Sivek did a wonderful job supporting us as our realtor when we sold our home in Whitewater.

He informed us how the entire home selling process should work, mentioned potential pitfalls and provided useful advice before we selected him as our agent.

He then prepared an excellent marketing plan, including professional video and photographs, that was placed on the MLS and multiple web sites.

He went above and beyond to assist with steps to get us from listing through the closing process. We appreciate all of his support to sell our home.

Robert was wonderful to work with! It is very clear that Robert knows Whitewater Lake and the surrounding area quite well and uses that knowledge to benefit his client. He has strong working relationships with many folks in the area which made the process very easy to navigate. As we could not be present for many of the contractor appointments that we set, Robert was always willing to oversee those appointments to make sure all went well to ensure an on time closing. With countless life responsibilities pressing on us, we ended up reaching out to Robert, who we also consider a friend and neighbor. Together with Amy Fox from their Ft. Atkinson branch, this team provided a level of communication and personalized support that I thought had been long gone in this day of quick, impersonal transactions and fast business. I can't say enough about the level of care they took to make the selling process of our Elkhorn home nothing short of a pleasure.

Robert and Amy Fox were absolutely amazing agents! They were both incredibly helpful especially when some hard decisions had to be made. They both have so much knowledge both about the local market, it was comforting to know we were in good hands. Choosing Robert as our realtor was a wise move. He always had quality time for us, was prompt, and knowledgeable in responding to our every question. He negotiated a great listing price and then brought in just the right buyer, when our house was barely on the market. When we closed the deal, every one of our expectations had been met. We got our asking price and we’re able to remain as occupants as long as we needed. All the while, Robert was courteous, well-organized,and helpful. One special caveat was we met the buyers several times and know they’ll love our house as much as we have.
