Carolyn worked for me for over three months covering four counties while I was house hunting. I had a very specific and long want list and any house she recommended had at least three of the key elements I was looking for. Her knowledge of the real estate markets in all of my target area was excellent, wide and deep. As well, her knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate contracts was unsurpassed.You will rarely have to wait long for an answer to the most trivial of questions! Made for an eased mind in what can be a difficult process. In my life I have experience with nine different agents and agencies and Carolyn Fox is by far the very best representation I have ever worked with. I have paid out a lot of money in commissions to agents over the years. Carolyn is not even close to the most expensive of them. She is worth every penny.

Carolyn Fox has all the ingredients you want in a realtor. Her attitude is always positive and enthusiastic, yet realistic and not overly optimistic. She has a very extensive amount of experience which helps her guide you and protect you against potential problems. She is very responsive and either has answers to my questions or finds the answers to questions quickly. She understands the markets and how they vary. I guess the simplest thing I could say about Carolyn is that I trust her completely because of her experience, her attitude, and her integrity. Five stars all day every day.

Carolyn has helped us with our real estate transactions for more than a decade. She recently sold a home quickly and for above list. Carolyn did a great job of walking me through the home buying process. I am a first-time homebuyer and she was very helpful in finding me the perfect place. I can't say enough good things about how happy I am that I picked Carolyn to help with my sale. This sale had so many different twists to it: the property was owned by a trust, it was a duplex that was being converted to (and sold as) condos, it had to be sold by a certain time to avoid capital gains taxes, AND there was a property damage insurance claim in between the sale of each condo. Oh, and all this during COVID! Needless to say, a lot of bumps in the road (and stress) in selling the property. Through all of this, Carolyn gave sound advice to see the sale through to the end. She’s knowledgeable on the legal environment surrounding real estate transactions and definitely has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. Given all the “crazy” that was surrounding this sale, organized and fast responses were needed, and Carolyn did that and then some. On top of all of that, Carolyn was just a nice person and pleasure to deal with. Her name would be the first one out of my mouth if/when I’m asked for a recommendation!
