Julie Barlow

Julie Barlow is a seasoned REALTOR with Mike Mazyck Realty. As a native Dallasite and fourth-generation native Texan, Julie is proud of her heritage. She has lived in many suburbs around the metroplex, giving her extensive knowledge of the market and trends in North Texas. Julie earned her BBA in Finance and Investments from Dallas Baptist University, attending on a full academic scholarship and graduating Magna Cum Laude, giving her a great education and solid foundation for a variety of real estate and business endeavors.
Julie's real estate career began in 2001, where she earned her success the old-fashioned way: mentoring under experienced agents, working leads and phones, connecting with her sphere of influence, and networking. This led to a great first year where she was awarded Rookie of the Year for her office. Julie went on to become a multi-million dollar producer for several years, and obtained certifications in Fine Homes and Estates, as well as Relocation, which serviced corporate accounts and individuals moving to and from the area. She is also a certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, as well a Licensed Property Tax Consultant.
In addition to specializing in residential real estate, Julie has also gained extensive experience in the health and wellness field by building, opening and operating two well-known franchised gyms. She has also managed on a district level for two large fitness and wellness companies. Those activities gave Julie experience in commercial real estate and lease negotiation, market analysis, negotiation, and navigating complex transactions. Those skills, along with 18 years in real estate, allows Julie to utilize her extensive sales, training, management, financial and operational experience to better serve her clients and deliver first-class service.
