Brian was quickly responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He explained things well, and was persistent in his follow-up in resolving potential issues. Even though my property was appraised at 125k, Brian gave it the attention I would expect from a 500k property. I would not hesitate to use Brian again.

Brian was very involved in our process and ensured he was in the know with where we were and the dates and times of any mile stone in the home buying process (walk-thru, closing ect). He also showed interest in our personal life and what we had going on in our day to day. He even assisted us in finding any discrepancies of the home during our walk-thru and that showed my wife and I that he wanted to make sure we got the most out of our home and cared about his client(s). Brian did a fantastic job helping me find a property in a very crazy market. I always felt that he was looking out for my best interests. There were a couple of different times along the way where he recommended that I not move forward with a particular property so I knew that his interests aligned with mine and that he was not just interested in a commission check. If you want to work with someone who is honest and straightforward, Brian is your guy.
