We initially wanted to start house hunting in Spring 2020, but the pandemic pushed back our plans. Connor Raymer came HIGHLY recommended by my husband’s colleague who closed on their first home at the beginning of COVID. From that first phone call at the end of May 2020, we could see why. He spent a considerable amount of time talking with us about our home wants/needs/budget, and told us what to expect when it came to the house market. As first-time home buyers with a ton of questions, Connor was always very patient with us, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was great with quick communication throughout the house-hunting and home-buying process. He definitely knows how to balance checking in with his clients without overwhelming them. Because of some lulls in the market because of COVID, it took us a little bit to find our home. Connor showed us a significant number of homes, in Bowling Green and Warren County. He was always reassuring us in the process that we would find our home. He was right! We finally found it in September 2020, and closed at the beginning of November 2020. Connor was an asset during the negotiation/closing process, and definitely made that part of the home buying process less stressful. We also had to negotiate some repairs, and Connor helped us get the estimates on the repairs and walked us through the estimates. While we were elated at our home closing, we were definitely sad that we were not going to be seeing Connor on a regular basis anymore! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Connor Raymer as a realtor! He definitely went above and beyond for us. We definitely would recommend him enthusiastically to our friends and family, and we would 100% call on him again if we ever need his services again.
COVID-19 specific: We were very hesitant about house hunting during the pandemic (social distancing and working predominately from home). Home buying during a pandemic called for extra precautions. NextHome Reality’s policies were definitely on point, and Connor was always was great about communicating with us about any updates or changes in the policies.
