Jason was always available to answer my many questions and even met up to show a house with only a few hours notice. That house turned out to be the one, and I’m not sure it would have happened with him.

Jason Jackson went above and beyond to help us find the right home for us. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the entire process with ease. Being from the area, he has connected us to a lot of great contacts that have helped with everything we needed to buy and work on our home, from inspection to painting and everything in between. I was so lucky to find Jason to help with a really difficult transition in my life. I was referred to him by my son and his wife, who had bought their home through him and were equally happy with his work in finding a great house for them.

I brought him an impossible list with a tight time frame and budget to meet. Jason worked with my by phone while I sold my house in Texas and then drove me around during my week in Virginia, negotiated a great deal on the perfect house for me and made it all happen just two days after my Texas closing.

Where most realtors would have been finished after the purchase was completed, Jason has stuck with me through my move in, and provided recommendations for all the work I needed to make my house the home I want it to be. Everyone he put me in touch with did great work and were great people as well.

Jason's expertise in the housing field, his connections with industry professionals and most of all, his kind and generous spirit (and sense of humor) make him one of the best realtors out there. I'm happy to recommend him for anyone's realty needs.

Jason worked closely with us through the entire process of finding and purchasing our new home. We had very specific needs for our next home, and Jason provided many potential houses matching our criteria. We ended up with a home that checked all the boxes on our wish list.

Jason was very responsive and communicated promptly when we had questions. He set-up and was available for showings (he said that was his favorite part of the process). He provided accurate and honest information related to the property value and condition. He is very knowledgeable of real estate and able to provide realistic property condition assessments during the showings.

Jason was also able to provide expert guidance related to pricing and winning strategies to get the best chances for contract acceptance (in this crazy real estate market).

Jason was able to provide contacts to support the home buying process such as home inspectors, mortgage brokers, title and closing attorneys, and specialty contractors.

Jason supported and participated in the entire process from searching, to showings, to contract, through closing. We are very happy with his support of our home buying experience and highly recommend him as a buyer's (and seller's) agent.

Jason Jackson was absolutely phenomenal in helping us find our forever home. He took the time to show us a range of properties and listened to all of our wants and needs. He also negotiated like a pro so we got the house and felt like we made a great deal. He was available days and nights to our random questions. The property was a complete renovation and took over a year to complete.
