Steve and Tracy Sawyer did a wonderful job of helping us sell our house. They were able to obtain a price above that of which we estimated. Their advice always proved reliable and accurate. They checked in on us frequently to see how things were going. The Sawyer’s took care of many details that were essential in selling our property. They went above and beyond normal expectations. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. We looked at many houses before we found the right one and his patience & persistence navigating the current real estate market are characteristics that make him a great Realtor. I first met Steve about a year ago through my studio florist business when he became a new customer. From the start we had an easy rapport because of his sense of humor, outgoing personality, and commitment to volunteering in our Ashland community. When I decided rather suddenly to sell my charming, much-loved 1928 bungalow to move back to Pennsylvania to live closer to my family, I knew immediately that I would ask Steve to be my agent. He explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and even pitched in to help get the house ready. We spread seven yards of mulch together one hot September afternoon, patched and painted nail holes, and did a quick interior detailing before the final walk through. In this crazy selling environment, I was adamant that we be transparent about the “quirks” of my old house, and Steve was in complete agreement that we provide potential buyers with all the information needed to make what he called “a confident offer”. His highly ethical approach to real estate was obvious and very important to me. The sale was quick and smooth, and I left my house with the same love and laughter that took me into it twenty years ago. Steve made much of that possible through his ability to listen carefully and his commitment to great communication. Thanks, Steve!!

Steve and Tracy did a phenomenal job as our realtors. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a house!! They were very communicative and always available. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable not only about the home buying process, but also with items a homeowner should be concerned about regarding the prospective house. On top of being great real estate professionals they are just great people that look out for and care about their clients!!!

Met Steve while looking at a home that he was selling with Tracy. He subsequently acted for me in purchasing a home. Steve is a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable and helpful about the whole process. He is very aware of the state of a home and I found his evaluation of that very helpful as it was an area I did not know a lot about and tended to under evaluate. In a very active and competitive market we saw quite a few homes together and the whole process was very informative, easy, friendly and without any pushiness at all. He as always there ahead of time and very professional in approach. I felt he was very much acting for my interests. It was a definite advantage to have both Steve and Tracy's assessment of offers and circumstances of each home. I am very happy with the home I have now, and Steve and Tracy's guidance with pricing and making offers was invaluable particularly in the context of such a competitive market. I strongly recommend them both and without any reservations. Steve also had the unerring ability to get to a home before me even when I set out ahead of him; he denied that he was teleporting, but I'm not so sure....

Steve & Tracy did a fantastic job from start to finish selling my wonderful home of 49.5 years. Steve not only has financial knowledge (MBA); construction experience; list of competent sub contractors; but he’s on site, helping with repairs when possible & staying in excellent communication along the way, His “closing the deal” is professional & effective. He got me $71,000 over the asking price!!! I couldn’t have chosen a better realtor team!!
