I would recommend Chris TEEVAN to be your real estate agent. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone and meeting him in person I knew he was the one to sell our property. It is so obvious he loves his job. He promised my husband and I he would sell the property in a week and he did just that. Also, his photographer did an amazing job with taking the photos inside and outside of the property. He is is so easy to talk to. If I called him he would immediately answer or get back to me so quickly. Chris made the whole process very easy. He would email or text all the party’s involved with updates and how the entire process was going. He handled everything with such precision and expertise. I would recommend Chris TEEVAN to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home.

I was referred to Chris by a neighbor who also sold his home using his services. Chris did an awesome job in helping me with the sale of my townhome in Freehold.
I had been working with another realtor who was very helpful in providing preliminary advice but couldn't nail down a firm asking price. At our first meeting, Chris came armed with a full set of statistics and reports showing the comparison of my home and other sales in the area, various pricing structures, and how and why we priced my home the amount we did. It was that level of detail which earned him my business. After the initial offer agreement, he recommended a great lawyer who did a fantastic job facilitating the closing.

We originally marketed this property on our own. From that marketing, over 15 realtors contacted us looking for the listing. Chris was the only one who had taken the time to do a drive by of the property before calling. When he called he was ready to talk about the specifics of our home that were both innovative and timely.

We listed with him and he was able to effectively bring the knowledge and creativity of his team to market and open house our property.

Chris always answered the phone which was really a nice characteristic.

Definitely recommend talking to Chris before listing with anyone else.

Originally, we were marketing the property on our own. We were contacted by multiple Realtors (15+) seeking a listing.
Chris stood out from the beginning. Unlike the other Realtors that contacted us, Chris did a site visit and was ready to discuss specific ideas for pricing and marketing our specific home.
Our home had some unique aspects that Chris and Team were able to help us address. Chris always answered his phone and worked topics through resolution. He did a great Job and I would absolutely use him and the team he is part of again.

I had a very good experience with Chris. First and foremost, Chris is an expert of Monmouth County real estate ... he has in depth knowledge of areas and communities so that was very helpful to someone moving 30 mins away during a pandemic. Secondly, Chris is very client centric. He listens well to search criteria likes/dislikes and I felt that he more than cared about the outcome. Chris sent me many listing options personally via email and text about listings hours after they came on the market. You need that type of attention when you are serious about transitioning in a new home in a low volume market. Chris loves real estate and his clients.
