We contacted the group, Michael was great. Had a game plan from the 1st meeting. Was familiar with the area around the property and the actual neighborhood. We had 3 offers with in days then a battle for who wanted the house. We ended up getting more than the asking price thanks to the marketing from them. The communication was the best.
Lesha was absolutely amazing. She listened to what we wanted from the start. Initially, we just wanted to look at what was available in the market. She was respectful of that and set up a search with our specifications without being pushy. A couple of months later, when we were ready to find something she quickly arranged property viewings.
Once we found the house we wanted to buy, she was able to walk us through the process in an efficient way. As a full time nurse and full time graduate student, this was SO important to me. When we made the decision to put our home on the market, my husband called Michael, and he and his wife Lesha came to our house to help us get started. Lesha went with me through every room of the house and made suggestions on how to make each room look its best.
