When I met Mehdi in 2021, I was so overly impressed with his mortgage knowledge and passion that I told him "when I'm ready to buy a house, I'm coming to you." Fast forward to last week, where my partner and I are closing on our first home after having an absolutely remarkable experience with Mehdi leading the way to our close. When we had questions, he was there to answer fluently. When we had a mishap in our appraisal, Mehdi knew the route to take (and even surprised our Relator with his strategies.) When we asked to keep our monthly payment and money down at a certain level, he happily made it a reality. I can't recommend Mehdi enough. Mehdi did a great job as he walked us through step by step when every other lenders made it sound impossible.
