Sara Phelps is an extraordinary real estate agent. When I was looking for my new home she patiently listened to my description of the house I was looking for. Sara asked clarifing question until she had my vision. Then she set about finding and showing me available houses on the market. After we walked through each house Sara took the time to listen to my evaluation. I found my new home with her expert help. Sara even purchased a one year home warranty policy for me which saved me money with some minor repairs! When it came time for me to sell my home Sara was the first person I called.
