Nisha and Sherri are the best! They helped me make upgrades to get the house ready for sale and made recommendations that allowed me to list it for top dollar. Their recommended upgrades were of minimal cost, as they were also mindful about eating into the proceeds of the sale. Once listed, the property sold in less than a week. I had to cancel the open house because of how quickly an offer was made and accepted. They were absolutely phenomenal as they operated from proactively providing information usually before I had time to ask questions regarding the home sale process.
