Shauna Graves is an excellent realtor. To be totally honest, my wife & I found a development, viewed the model home and signed a contract with the builder on our own. I thought we wouldn't need a realtor, as the rest of the process was with the builder. I informed Shauna that we would no longer need her services. She was very polite, did not get defensive, but in a very professional way discussed the value of a realtor even though I was moving forward with building a model home. I agreed to continue with them as our realtor. Shauna & her husband, Ray, provided invaluable insight throughout the process, conducted two 3rd party inspections, and exposed us to repairs during the home building process that we would've totally missed. In addition, they communicated with our builder along the way, which was of huge value to us, as we were living in another state, while our home was being built in NC. Lastly, Shauna was there during our pre-closing walk-through, and found several things that needed to be repaired before we signed, that we totally missed, and she sat with us during the signing of the papers at the title office. I highly recommend Graves Realty. It was the best realtor experience I've ever had, and I've bought/sold 5 homes. Thank you!
