Sherri and her team are fantastic. From the start, she was professional, communicated well, and rapidly understood what we were looking for in our home. She provided great recommendations on lenders, title companies, and inspectors to rapidly aid in us closing in under 30 days. There was never a moment where we were unsure of what was next in our home buying process. We will be working with her and her team exclusively in the future. Great Work!!!

Sherri was awesome to work with! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and held our hand throughout the entire process. She was always there to answer any questions that we had and made us feel as though we were her only clients. She rolled out the red carpet despite us being challenging clients and personally saw our transaction out until the end. Sherri was great when it came to buying our new home and selling our old one. On the buying side, she was very helpful and patient when we were searching in different cities which were far apart. When we finally found our home, she was efficient and timely with meeting all of our key dates. During closing, she brought activities for our small kids, and played with them while we signed documents. On the selling side, she helped us overcome a variety of issues while staying positive the whole time until the house was sold. Overall, Sherri was a joy to work with. She constantly fought to get us the best deals. She cared about us finding the right home and treated my family like her own in the process.

I worked with Sherri and she did an amazing job. I was selling my childhood home after my father passed away. To complicate things I was also living almost 2000 miles away for this home. From providing great photos, detailed home description, and a very well done virtual tour of our home to sell, to calming our nerves, and keeping our best interests in mind from before we went to market to settlement day. She got us full ask in four days on the market. And she caught a mistake at settlement that saved us several hundred dollars. We really appreciated Sherri expertise, kindness, and reliability. Sherri went above and beyond with our home buying process. We were out of state buyers and that didn't stop Sherri from sending us detailed videos and very informative about distinctions such as the condition of appliances and any distinctive smells or odors. This was big for us and she worked very hard and at times late hours 7 days a week!! We could not have had a better Agent!! I would not recommend anyone else! We would absolutely recommend Sherri and Nisha to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. My husband and I met with and tried three realtors before we met Sherri. Often they were not responsive or unwilling to work with our schedule. We knew immediately that Sherri was a great fit for us and she helped us to sell our house within one weekend. She got us a great deal over asking and with wonderful terms to work for us! The photos of our house looked incredible and definitely helped to sell it quickly.
