This lady performed all tasks and is very loyal with checking on doors windows to be locked during visits and is very smart about home repairs and get anything done if you get in a emergency 🚨 she can get through when my pipes blow she acted quickly and got me reasonably help and checked on everything. She also made health accommodations for close and allow me to meet with her and the tittle co representative to sign off .

When I first met Nisha We were at the settlement table. She was the agent for the buyer who purchased my first property. I was so impressed with her energy level and enthusiasm, that the next property that i put on the market to sell, I immediately contacted her to be my agent. The property was on the market and had a contract within 30 days. My next property I wanted to sell I reached out to her again. The home was put on the market Feb1st 2025 and we settled March 21st 2025. The whole team is amazing and they work very well together I highly recommend Nisha Smithrick
