Nisha did an excellent job! She was very knowledge and patient. I purchased a investment property and the process took 4 months! Lots of twists and turns with both me and the seller, but she stuck in there with me! You will be in good hands with her and her team!

Nisha and her team are absolutely top notch. I have had several agents in the past with other home purchases and no one even comes close to her professionalism and knowledge of the market. I was connected with Nisha when I was looking to relocate to the Baltimore area from the Midwest. She and her team were wonderful with communication and follow-up throughout my journey to relocate. I had to travel to Baltimore a few times to view properties and Nisha listened to what I wanted so we made the best use of the time looking at homes that fit my specific needs. I couldn’t have imagined I would have such a trusted partner in an agent who was there with me every step of the way with incredible patience and guidance. Her team was on top of making sure I had all of the required electronic documents, helped with inspection company recommendations and Nisha even met the inspector at the property and looped me in on FaceTime when I couldn't make it in town. I now have a fabulous place overlooking the Harbor - exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Nisha and her team highly enough!
