Fred did a wonderful job helping us to sell our former home.
I have known Fred for a long time and have always considered his integrity beyond reproach. We had left the area and were renting our home out. Short version of the story was tenant moved out and trashed the place. I called Fred, because by now it was apparent that we were not coming back to the area. Fred not only agreed to sell our former home, but took on getting the repairs done so that it could happen. All this was done during the covid crisis so our travel from Texas was impossible. We had to totally trust Fred and we were not disappointed.
I recommend Fred to anyone. We have dealt with many agents over the years and Fred is at the top of our list.
