Ivan really went beyond to help us find a home. Ivan spent time with us to find out our wants and needs for a home. Before we came into town from Texas, Ivan would send us links to homes for us to see. When we did come to town , he had 3 days worth of house to see. Also if we would see a house we liked, he would get us in to see those also. Before the 3rd day was over, we put an offer on a house and it was accepted. In 2 weeks we purchased that home. He walked us through every phase of the purchase also. I would really recommend Ivan for anyone looking for home and not just a house.

Ivan Jennings had a contract on our property within one day of listing it. We previously had it for sale for over four years with another realtor. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also kind, courteous, and trustworthy. He did everything in his power to make us happy and we are very appreciative of his help every step of the way.
