Born and raised in California, I joined the Air Force right out of high school and served 8 years as a Mechanic on F-16 fighter jets and a technical school instructor. After my career in the Air Force, I moved home from Arizona and got into the mortgage industry in October in 2015. I have been awarded the honor of being a top 1% loan officer in the nation by volume for 2020 and 2021, and consistently have one of the highest and fastest closing rates in the nation. My career in the Air Force taught me honesty, consistency, attention to detail and effective communication skills. These principles have become the foundation of my character both in my personal and professional life. From my time in the Air Force, to originating home loans for my clients, I strive to give 100% in everything I do. To this end, I work hard to provide my clients a remarkable home loan experience.

In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing sports, and spending time with my wife and daughter Rhylee. I am proud to have received the Commendation Medal while serving in the United States Air Force, along with being recognized as a Distinguished and Top graduate in the Airman Leadership School. I was awarded the top 1% loan officer award and the speed to close award in 2020 and 2021.

From the point of first contact through the close of escrow, Andrew was personable and awesome to work with. The information he provided was clear, reliable, and accurate. He was able to provide quotes and updates based on market movement and different scenarios through our home search process. As we evaluated options, he worked with us to determine not only what was affordable on paper, but what made sense in real life. Once under contract, Andrew explained each step of the funding process so we knew what to expect and how to prioritize. This is not our first time working with a lender, but this has definitely been the best. We hope we will have an opportunity work with Andrew again in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ours boys were lucky enough to have Andrew Hannah as their loan officer. He was recommended by their selling agent's realtor. This was our boys first experience purchasing property and Andrew made the boys feel at ease, answering all their questions, of which there were many and walking them almost daily thru the process right up until closing. Being their mother I could not help but to get involved and Andrew always responded to my emails timely with answers and solutions to issues. He kept everyone up to date on the loan process. I reached out to Andrew on a recommendation from a friend and it was the best decision I made throughout this process. He was extremely responsive and always available when I had a quick question. I felt terrible as I had to reach out on Fathers Day after we decided we wanted to put in an offer on a home and he got right back to me and got me the paperwork I needed by the end of the day. He handled so much of the process behind the scenes and I never had to send any paperwork twice. Very organized, competitive, responsive and all around a great guy to work with. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a home in the future!

He absolutely understood our special situation, I bought a condo with my son, he is a first time homebuyer and I am self-employed, this is not the easiest of loans to get. Andrew was wonderful. He helped us facilitate our financial information to qualify in-the selling of one house and the purchase of a newly constructed present house we moved into a few days ago. He helped us qualify to get a new tax basis which affects our basis of monthly payments. He put in a substantial effort above and beyond what advisors are required to do.
