We had the BEST experience buying our first home with Chuck’s help! He was SO knowledgeable, sweet, friendly, prompt and totally on top of EVERYTHING! He made everything so easy and really worked hard to help us find our perfect home. Chuck covered all bases and gave us so much great advice. Chuck assisted us with the purchase of a second home in the Poconos. Chuck went above and beyond to show us a wide range of homes and was able to get us under contract on our first try in a very competitive market. Chuck had our back through closing and beyond, making sure our purchase went smoothly and was always available to answer any questions we had. Chuck is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him!

I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Chuck Velazquez. Throughout the past several months Chuck was there every step of the way of selling our home & buying a new one. His professionalism , mentorship, knowledge, honesty & hard work ethic are respected & greatly appreciated. Chuck was so helpful in our move from NY to PA. He were able to schedule multiple houses to view each day we came up and made the best use of our time.

I'd recommend Chuck to everyone, we were attempting to sell my grandmother's house on Facebook marketplace. Chuck reached out and we decided to work with him, so glad we did.. We ended up selling house for more $ than we expected and a lot quicker. He was very knowledgeable and very professional.
