We met Ted in 2018 at an open house. If I remember correctly, he was newer to the real estate business but he was so genuine, it set him apart from other agents so he became our agent and helped us buy our first home. Six years (and many lunches) later, he's still the same genuine, caring person and he helped us sell our first home as well. He made us feel comfortable and reassured during a process that is stressful in general. Our house was a bit of an outlier at the time we had to sell but he came to the table with a binder full of information/data and helped us sell WAY above asking. We also had to move out of state before the actual closing so he helped us navigate that from 600+ miles away! Ted comes highly recommended by us and we wish he had his MD real estate license so he could help us out here too.

It can't say enough about our experience with Ted. As new OSU employee relocating to the area he was able to provide invaluable insight, history and advice when narrowing our housing search. Ted quickly identified our needs, style, quality of life requirements and found appropriate homes in our price range. I'm most greatly for his timely communication and willingness to traverse every corner of the Columbus metro area to find exactly what we were looking for. Ted was always eager and enthusiastic to continue searching with/for us. Ted knows Columbus; not only in the present but has good vision for it's future thus helping us secure a home with instant equity in an area that is consistently desired. Ted is fantastic to work with! He quickly got to work finding us homes to look at, spent time driving all across town to show us home virtually and when we finally met face to face it felt like we'd known him forever. Working with Ted is an easy choice and one that you'll be glad you made.

Ted was a great realtor who helped us find our new house in Worthington, Ohio. He is passionate about connecting his clients to the homes of their dreams. I am moving my family to Ohio from out-of-state, and Ted worked like crazy to get us a great house, in a tough market, without the ability to be there in person. Ted continues to be our person on the ground while we make the transition, and has helped us solve many problems (both real estate related, and not). Highly recommended.

Ted was terrific and did a wonderful job helping us find a beautiful home for our family! It was a tough market, and Ted helped us navigate that and answered our MANY questions in a timely fashion and with detail. He also worked to show us homes virtually since many times we were out of state for the showings. This was a massive help! We wholeheartedly recommend Ted.
