I had an amazing experience with Lotte and her crew including Mia. This is the second property that I have purchased using Lotte. And the first time selling my current home (sold after the first Brokers open house for $300K above asking!). They were so helpful with all the activities related to selling and buying (decluttering, staging, getting the house ready for the market, even helping get the new house ready for move in day). I also a noticed a previously unrecognized issue on move in day that Lotte worked to resolve saying “My real value is being there when there is a problem”.
