Not being from NC and having to sell my aging dad's house Lynn was so helpful, hands on, and knowledgeable in moving everything quickly and efficiently. Dad's house sold the first day on the market (and for full asking price), largely because of Lynn and her partner's vision, plan and execution of everything needed for a quick sale!

Lynn was FANTASTIC!!! She worked with us throughout the entire ordeal of houses and land requirements -- then we moved to looking at a different location. She was great throughout the whole process. She always got back to us within a day or two if we had questions regarding any property. Again, she was FANTASTIC!!! GO LYNN!!!

I've probably bought and sold a dozen homes in my lifetime, and without a doubt, Lynn was the absolute best Agent I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Throughout the home buying process, Lynn demonstrated that she was highly knowledgeable of the real estate business while also experienced in working with people. She listened to what I was looking for and actively pursued homes of interest. She was with me every step of the way, including searching for the right home, advocating special requests on my behalf with new home builders, participating in the final home walk through inspection and guiding me through the closing process. Most importantly, Lynn was always available to talk whenever I had questions about potential new homes or if I was just feeling overwhelmed and need a sounding board. Lynn is an amazing agent and even more an amazing individual. She has become like family! From the beginning, Lynn took care of us as if she was buying a home for herself and that is what sets her apart from others. She truly cares for clients and she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. She is honest, and she gives you the answers to your questions with that honesty. Lynn was fantastic to be with. Moving from Oklahoma to North Carolina with only a couple of weeks notice was a bit overwhelming for our family.. Lynn was able to really settle those emotions and help prioritize our focus.. she spent the entire day showing us houses and sub divisions in multiple suburbs. All while knowing we were not putting in any offers this week.. very professional, timely and knowledgeable.. 10 out of 10!!!

It is crazy out there finding a house and especially living 5 hours away. I was so lucky to find Lynn and she stayed on top of market and what I wanted to find but houses were under contract within 25 hours. Lynn introduced me to a great lender and Downey has a list of contractors that I’ll be in touch with for renovations I have planned. So far, I have used the recommended home inspector company and painter who I have great confidence in.
Lynn’s knowledge of the Charlotte and the market has me comfortable with the house I bought, and my plan is to do some renovations and continue to look for another house, I just want to get to Charlotte and this was the way for me to do it.

We were so fortunate to have Lynn Blackert as our realtor. She helped us negotiate the whole purchasing process. She handled so many issues for us since we were 250 miles away from the home we were purchasing. She walked us through all the steps, securing inspections: house, termite, radon.
And then she had to drive us to the closing when we couldn't locate a U-Haul dealer to drop off our car hauler. She found us one. You cannot ask for a better realtor. We became friends, not just a business relationship..

Lynn at Downey Properties was hands down the best Realtor that we could have asked for to assist us with the recent purchase of our home!
