Lynn went above and behind to help me navigate the sale of my father's Southend loft. She helped me figure out the intricacies of selling a live/work space that's zoning had changed. She is totally trustworthy and shared info every step of the way. We used the moving company that she recommended and they were terrific. She even helped with clearing out the furniture that we were donating. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring real estate pro.

When we decided to move to South Carolina, we went with Lynn Blackert. She went above and beyond for us. She made it so much easier since we still lived in Ohio. She was always emailing us with houses to look at and I would do the same to her. Every time we were down in the Carolinas she made sure we had houses to go see. If we had any questions, she would answer them promptly. She is a very knowledgeable agent. She works hard for her clients. She is a very nice and kind person. She works her butt off for you. We saw a bunch of houses too. She finally found us our forever home and we couldn't be happier. We appreciated everything she did for us. We just love her. I would recommend her to everyone.

Lynn did an awesome job. She really knows her job. She physically checked out several properties we were thinking of buying before we looked at them ourselves and her input saved us a lot of money. She is very in tune to what the customer is after. She is very sharp. I would highly reccomend her . If you are looking for a house and are in a tight squeeze and need something fast or you have some time to look, then she is your go to agent. She showed us a new build in the edgewater development, and we wound up buying. Brand new spec home, HOA, but hey we used the pool today and poof, who cares about a 170.00 a month fee. Trash and lawn service provided. Eveything went smooth and Tru Homes was fabulous, we have been here for 3 days now and thank heavens we had Lynn on our side.

I am so happy to have been lucky enough to work with Lynn. She helped us find a fantastic home remotely, as we were coming back to NC from TX. She is hard working, friendly and professional. Not being from NC and having to sell my aging dad's house Lynn was so helpful, hands on, and knowledgeable in moving everything quickly and efficiently. Dad's house sold the first day on the market (and for full asking price), largely because of Lynn and her partner's vision, plan and execution of everything needed for a quick sale!

Lynn was FANTASTIC!!! She worked with us throughout the entire ordeal of houses and land requirements -- then we moved to looking at a different location. She was great throughout the whole process. She always got back to us within a day or two if we had questions regarding any property. Again, she was FANTASTIC!!! GO LYNN!!!

I've probably bought and sold a dozen homes in my lifetime, and without a doubt, Lynn was the absolute best Agent I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Throughout the home buying process, Lynn demonstrated that she was highly knowledgeable of the real estate business while also experienced in working with people. She listened to what I was looking for and actively pursued homes of interest. She was with me every step of the way, including searching for the right home, advocating special requests on my behalf with new home builders, participating in the final home walk through inspection and guiding me through the closing process. Most importantly, Lynn was always available to talk whenever I had questions about potential new homes or if I was just feeling overwhelmed and need a sounding board. Lynn is an amazing agent and even more an amazing individual. She has become like family! From the beginning, Lynn took care of us as if she was buying a home for herself and that is what sets her apart from others. Lynn was fantastic to be with. Moving from Oklahoma to North Carolina with only a couple of weeks notice was a bit overwhelming for our family.. Lynn was able to really settle those emotions and help prioritize our focus.. she spent the entire day showing us houses and sub divisions in multiple suburbs. All while knowing we were not putting in any offers this week.. very professional, timely and knowledgeable.. 10 out of 10!!!

It is crazy out there finding a house and especially living 5 hours away. I was so lucky to find Lynn and she stayed on top of market and what I wanted to find but houses were under contract within 25 hours. Lynn introduced me to a great lender and Downey has a list of contractors that I’ll be in touch with for renovations I have planned. So far, I have used the recommended home inspector company and painter who I have great confidence in.
Lynn’s knowledge of the Charlotte and the market has me comfortable with the house I bought, and my plan is to do some renovations and continue to look for another house, I just want to get to Charlotte and this was the way for me to do it.

We were so fortunate to have Lynn Blackert as our realtor. She helped us negotiate the whole purchasing process. She handled so many issues for us since we were 250 miles away from the home we were purchasing. She walked us through all the steps, securing inspections: house, termite, radon.
And then she had to drive us to the closing when we couldn't locate a U-Haul dealer to drop off our car hauler. She found us one. You cannot ask for a better realtor. We became friends, not just a business relationship..

Lynn at Downey Properties was hands down the best Realtor that we could have asked for to assist us with the recent purchase of our home!
