Very pleased with my experience with Anthony as he handled the estate sale of the house in Delaware. He was very responsive to phone calls and clearly communicated what was happening as we approached settlement with an out of state buyer. Being over 75 I have bought and sold many homes. ( 12 to be exact). Having decided to sell our home in Delaware County we took the suggestion of a friend and engaged Anthony Porreca as our realtor. This decision turned out to be one of our best. Anthony is the epitome of what I feel is important in managing a real estate sale. He responds to all texts and emails with timely and accurate answers, take care of “the little things” before they become “big things”and in general, was on top of his game throughout the entire process.
