Roberta became "our realtor" years ago when helping us buy our first home. When it came time to sell, she was laser focused on getting top dollar. She drew on her experience to make recommendations that increased the sales price, made it a point to listen to our desires and assisted with decisions (e.g. she came to our home when we were picking new carpet). The only bad thing is that we moved out of the area and won't be able to use her help again!
