Derrick was extremely helpful the whole way. We hit a lot of snags in the process but he took the onus of chasing down whichever party we were waiting on to get things done, and was able to catch several mistakes before they happened.

Derrick was exceptionally great when helping me purchase a home. I had a goal to be met that my first realtor was not able to meet and Derrick met that goal for me.
