Mike is an all around nice guy with a heart of gold!! He is very conscientious in all interactions and very thorough in all transactions. He kept us informed every step of the way with great attention to details which is what we wanted. We have used him as our realtor twice and would definitely use him again if needed. He is highly recommended!

Mike is a very motivated, down to earth person. He’s intelligent, friendly and no nonsense. He says what he means and does what he says and that’s somewhat rare in his profession. He was able to negotiate some off the price of our home which is a new-build! This is highly unusual but Mike looks at everything as a challenge that he’s always up to. He’s the kind of realtor you want on your side when buying/selling your home. We HIGHLY recommend Mike and in fact we have, to our family members, who we’re trying to get out to Idaho to be closer. Now, that has to be the best testament to a job well done! We also plan on keeping in touch with Mike once we get all settled into our new home as we view him as part of our family now.

Mike was amazing. From our first meeting he was very clear on what he would do to market our home. Then he did everything he said he would do. His videos were top notch and he shared the results of his online marketing at least once a week so we were aware of the results of his efforts. Not only did he market locally, he also targeted specific areas out of state to broaden our exposure.

During the home inspection, a significant issue was uncovered. He went above and beyond to find a solution that saved the deal (and saved us over $20,000).

Mr. Petras represented us in this real estate transaction. Everything from finding the right property for our investment, financing contacts, inspection needs & working with the seller's agents.
