Teronda was a major asset in the selling of my home. I had zero knowledge of what to expect during the selling of my home, which led to extreme anxiety and apprehension once it begin. Teronda was my peace and sound basis during this time. Our first meeting was informative and the process was detailed step by step. I was given resources and information regarding the current state of the market and we chose a target price for my home. I had plenty of questions which were always answered promptly and thoroughly. She was always a email or phone call away when I had an inquiry. Most of the time I found she was calling me providing me information prior to me contacting her to ask the information. During the negotiation phase, I was kept abreast on every offer and was able to explore the most viable option for my family. I’m very pleased with the offers Teronda negotiated. There was never a moment I felt she didn’t have me and my children’s best interest at hand. My anxiety never peaked due to Teronda offering quick clarification on all request. I approached this process fearful; and came out the other side victorious. I would recommend Teronda if you would like someone knowledgeable about the real estate market; passionate; and detail oriented. Being detailed oriented is really important when a life change such as selling a home is on the line; Teronda caught discrepancies in paperwork quickly.
