Third, she is so patient and accommodating. We saw lots of houses as this was our first time buying a house. We generally knew what were looking for, however we were open minded to a variety of neighborhoods and housing structures/conformations. Dara was incredibly available and flexible to showing times and number of houses as we were also looking to move into our first home on a short timeline.
Dara is a wonderful advocate as a realtor. She supported our needs and helped us communicate those needs with each offer and negotiation. This was our first experience with a realtor and looking for a home and I must say I am glad it was with Dara! She is the most reliable realtor I could have ever wanted, and I know we drove her crazy with questions and request and changing our minds throughout the process, but she was always calm and willing to explain each question until we felt comfortable enough to move to the next step. She adjusted her work flow to ours, she even remembered my sons name after the first meet and greet. Small details like that really let us know she personalizes with her clients she’s not just trying to sell a house, she cares about how her clients will feel and the environment around them. Towards the end of our process is when it got stressful for us, and Dara's emotion for us to claim this home as ours showed she went above and beyond to be there not just as our realtor but as a friend wanting to see positive growth. With this being my first time purchasing it was a new and tad bit overwhelming experience but having a calm yet eager realtor with a listening ear like Dara is necessary. She was extremely professional & supported me throughout the entire process. Walked me through each step & explained everything carefully. If I had to do it all over again, she would be my first choice.

Where do I start...... My experience with Dara was better then amazing, she is super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered every time I called and gave great suggestions. This process was an ease with her and she had my back every step of the way. I would and have suggested that everyone should share this experience with her. The absolute best!
