Dara has been nothing but a breath of fresh air since day one. Always stayed professional and helped me out with anything I needed. She made my first homebuying experience very easy for me and I appreciate her for that. If I know anyone buying a house for the first time or just in general I would definitely recommend Dara. This was our first experience with a realtor and looking for a home and I must say I am glad it was with Dara! She is the most reliable realtor I could have ever wanted, and I know we drove her crazy with questions and request and changing our minds throughout the process, but she was always calm and willing to explain each question until we felt comfortable enough to move to the next step. She adjusted her work flow to ours, she even remembered my sons name after the first meet and greet. Small details like that really let us know she personalizes with her clients she’s not just trying to sell a house, she cares about how her clients will feel and the environment around them. Towards the end of our process is when it got stressful for us, and Dara's emotion for us to claim this home as ours showed she went above and beyond to be there not just as our realtor but as a friend wanting to see positive growth. I would recommend her again and again! Thanks Dara for all that you did.

With this being my first time purchasing it was a new and tad bit overwhelming experience but having a calm yet eager realtor with a listening ear like Dara is necessary. She was extremely professional & supported me throughout the entire process. Walked me through each step & explained everything carefully. If I had to do it all over again, she would be my first choice.
