1st in 2020 I decided I wanted to buy a house, Shantel Marie worked diligently on finding the perfect house to fit my needs. The process was really quick and painless, she worked around my very demanding schedule. Fast forward 15 months, I decided to sell my house due to my demanding career, so once again I sought Shantel’s help. I gave her my expectations for the sale, and was ready to take the 1st offer which was a little lower than what was listed. She recommended I don’t accept that offer, and it was brilliant, in a very short few days I did accept an offer $10k above listing and closed quickly.
