As a first time homebuyer, i had no clue what to expect. I Thank God, we had Jessica on our side. I cannot say how much my boyfriend and I are so very grateful to have Jessica helping us achieve our dream home. She definitely went above and beyond what I would expect as a Realtor. Driving many miles out of her way, multiple phone calls with listing agent, and title company, and doing research, on her own time, to ensure us of clear title, not to mention, handling my super stressed out phone calls at all hours of the day or nite. I honestly believe that if we didn't have Jessica, our sale may have not gone through (we had multiple issues with the property on sellers point) but Jessica stuck with us, and did not back down!
