She made buying AND selling a house seamless. She is really good at communication about anything and everything that’s going on and keeping you updated with what steps we’re taking on. I’d recommend her to everyone anytime someone asks for a realtor because she is AMAZING.

Kristina was absolutely amazing from the beginning of the process all the way past what would be the end. If you are looking for someone who will be in your corner and strive to get you what you are looking and asking for Kristina is who you want. She didn't push us to just go with anything. She was very accommodating and continued to work with us until we found exactly what we were looking for. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

When I decide to purchase my first home. I decided to contact Kristina Garcia-Drake. Kristina is very energetic, you can reach her at any time and she has answers for questions you may have a a first time home buyer. I talked with Kristina and explained what I type of home I was interested in viewing. Kristina contacted me when a new home was listed, I also enrolled in the email service to view new homes on the market. When I experienced a "bump" in the process, Kristina was reassuring, kind, and even called and sang me a song to brighten my day ! Kristina was a Godsend during this whole home buying process! We encountered a few minor hiccups along the way, but she handled them with such professionalism that it instantly put my mind at ease and made me feel like there was nothing to worry about! Even though our purchase wasn't the biggest - She made us feel like we were her most important client and that our home purchase was her highest priority. When it came time for us to go out, complete the inspection, close, and move in everything went flawlessly.
