So we were moving from Hollister, CA to Santa Rosa, CA. The Young team have helped my in-laws with their real estate needs and they came highly recommended. They were such a big help in our move as they kept tabs for us with the home development company who were building our home and also made sure they read our contracts to make sure everything was good to go. They kept in constant communication with us to make sure we’re doing well and understanding what gaps in the process need help filling. Deb and Julie : 1- Are very upbeat, with positive attitudes with respect to helping people sell their homes 2-Gave excellent advice on what to do, and not do, with respect to fixing up the house in preparation to sell it. 3-Did their homework in identifying the starting price to offer the home for sale. 4-listened carefully to our views on pricing, improvements, etc and incorporated them in the selling process. 5-Were very professional in providing the needed inpections, photography illustrating our house in the best light, advertising the house was on the market, and presenting our house to potential buyers 6-Walked us through the many offers on our house providing insight on pros and cons of each offer in helping us come to a conclusion on which bid to accept. 7-Continued to provide assistance throughout the closing process on our house. 8-Always had our best interest at heart. 9-In the end they became our friends as well as our realtors Conclusion-I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to help you through the process of selling your home

Deb and Julie are professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, offer guidance and expertise, and they listen to the desire of their client. We had a somewhatunique home with 5 bedrooms, a granny unity, 15 full size fruit trees, large garden, and lots of other fruit. they knew just where to advertise for a family that would be interested in having that size house and yard with lots of upkeep. Our house sold before it went on the market. They were kind and considerate in all our meetings and we would highly recommend them.
