Ted is a great realtor. He really helped us throughout the process of finding and buying our first home. He was available for us whenever we had a question or wanted to meet to look at houses. Ted is dependable. He is not interested in his bottom line and never pushed us towards a particular house, or made us feel pressured to make a decision about anything. Our home was an older house that had been in foreclosure, and was bank owned, which presented its own special kind of obstacles and challenges, regarding the amount of paperwork and various home inspections, but Ted was there with us every step of the way.
