Colleen has helped us to sell our house in WA after we had moved to CA for a new job. She had put in an extra time and effort to stage the house since we were out of state seller and wasn't able to do so ourselves. What made our situation very unique/difficult was that we had to evict a tenant who never paid a rent before we could proceed to sell our house.
